i would like to take dance lessons. how do i find a good teacher who will be professional and encouraging and really teach me well?
i am mainly thinking about ballroom and latin dance. what other advice could i use?
look on the internet or in the yellow pages of your phonebook for a dance studio near you, and make sure you have some medium heel shoes that are smooth under the ball of the foot to wear, then contact them or just turn up to have a look.
They won't expect you to dress up for lessons, and don't wear a skirt that is too tight, you need to be able to move.
